摘要
分析院校师以上干部现患疾病特点:心血管疾病居疾病顺位之首,离退休干部以心血管疾病和老年性疾病多见,在职干部生活方式病患病率高。针对发病原因提出预防保健对策,为卫生管理部门提供决策依据。
The author analyzed the characteristics of diseases had by senior cadres in some university as following： The incidence of cardiology disease was highest in all diseases ; the main diseases had by retire cadres were cardiology diseases and agedness diseases; in incumbency cadres the incidence of living style was high. According these characteristics, the measures of health care were proposed to provide support to make decision for management department.
