摘要
目的:对同行评议专家进行分类,对其中评议结果明显偏离整体的专家结果进行修正,使评议结果更趋于真实。方法:以专家评议结果的平均绝对离差和平均相对离差为指标,通过K-means聚类方法,对全部评议专家进行分类,对明显偏离整体的专家评议结果赋予权重。结论:经对赋予权重修正后,评议结果更加符合整体专家意见。
Objective ： To improve the reliability of evaluation results by amending the results which were obviously different with the others＇. Methods： Setting the mean utter and relative deviation from mean as indexes, the author classified the experts with K - means clustering and endowed weights to the results which deviated the common results. Conclusion： The evaluation result are more fit to the common results after amending the results.
