摘要
本文介绍了一种采用硒化锌分束器的新型傅里叶交换光谱仪。该仪器具有高的信噪比，高的稳定性和不怕潮湿的特点。文中详细叙述了该仪器的设计原理。
In this paper, a new kind of FTS using ZnSe bwamsplitter is intorduced. This kind of instrument has many features, such as high S/N, good equability and non-deliquescence.This paper relates to the principle of this instrument.
