Influence of Different Ischemia Times with UW Solution on Postoperative Outcome in Human Liver Transplantation
摘要
自1963年3月1日Thomas Starzl施行了人类历史上第一例肝移植至今,肝移植已有40多年的历史;作为治疗终末期肝脏疾病的唯一有效手段,其效果受到许多因素的影响,缺血时间即是其中之一。缺血时间包括冷缺血时间、温缺血时间和热缺血时间,缺血时间延长可以造成移植物的缺血性损伤,导致移植物原发性无功能,增加血管并发症和胆道并发症的发生率。因此,探讨合适的缺血时间对改善移植的效果具有重要的临床意义。
