摘要
探讨了一种既经济、又能规模化生产的提高聚丙烯冲击强度的新方法,简述了生产控制过程,以及成核剂在聚丙烯冲击改性中的机理和效果,提出了保持基础树脂MFR(熔体流动速率)及屈服拉伸强度不变(降幅不大)的情况下,提高PP的冲击强度的方法。
A new technology for improving impact strength of PP is discussed.This technology is economic and can be used in large scale production. Production control process and mechanism and effects of nucleating agent in modifying the impact strength of PP are introduced. The impact strength of PP is improved without reduction of melt flow rate and tensile strength.
