长陡上坡管道止回阀的优化设置

摘要 长输管道发生泄漏会造成油品损失、能源浪费、环境污染甚至火灾爆炸等一系列问题。长陡山地段是管线的薄弱环节之一,容易受到损坏,一旦发生泄漏,后果更为严重。在长陡上坡线路设置止回阀,可以大大减少油品泄漏损失。但是两门之间的油品外泄仍不可避免,其外泄量与止回阀位置有关,显然,阀间距越小,外泄量亦越小。但实际上,止回阀的数量总有限,因此,如何优化设计止回阀位置,使上坡管线破坏时的油品外泄量最小是本文要解决的问题。笔者运用动态规划思想,编制出电算程序,根据管线纵断面数据和给定的止回阀数量,即可计算出止回阀的最优位置。 Leakage from long pipelines causes loss of oil, waste of resources, pollution of environment,even fire and explosion. The section of lines on ions steep slope is a weak link in the 'chain' of a pipeline. Once the line leaks,it can lead to grave consequences. Setting check-valves in this section may sreatly reduce reakage. But it cannot stop the oil between the valves form spillins. The amount of leakage relates to the location of the valves. Since the number of check-valves cannot be increased without limit,it is essential to optimize the check-valve location to minimize spilling oil in case of line damage. Applying dynamic programming principle,a specific computer program is worked out. The optimaaed location of the valves can be determined from the profile data and given number of checkvalves.
