米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产对早孕期绒毛及蜕膜组织中血红素氧合酶表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇作为早孕期药物流产手段的临床价值肯定,目前临床上广泛应用于终止非意愿妊娠,但有关其分子生物学作用机制并不明确。血红素氧合酶(HO)是催化血红素生成一氧化碳(CO)的起始酶和限速酶。人胎盘组织中存在HO,HO/CO系统参与胎盘形成及胚胎发育,在维持正常妊娠中起重要作用。本研究采用免疫组化方法和蛋白印迹(western blot)法检测早孕期正常和药物流产后的绒毛、蜕膜组织中HO-1、HO-2的表达,了解米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产对早孕期绒毛、蜕膜组织中HO表达的影响,探讨其对母-胎界面HO/CO系统的调节作用。
