摘要
高等教育作为国民教育的重要组成部分,是人才培养的重要基地,是传承与创新文化、科技和精神文明建设的重要领域。大学作为国民接受高等教育的主要载体,必须承担起守护人类世代积累起来的文化资源和精神传统的重任。大学精神是一所大学的灵魂,而今天的大学精神被赋予了浓烈的人文特质、地缘特征及敏锐性等新的时代特征。认真审视及构建现代大学精神是高校不断前进必须完成的艰巨任务和科学课题。
As one of the key parts of national education, higher education is regarded as an important base for cultivating talents, transmitting culture, technology and spiritual civilization. As the representative of higher education, universities must shoulder the responsibility of protecting the cultural resources and heritage. Spirit is the soul of a university, which is endowed with new era characteristics of humanism, geographical relation and acuteness. To construct modem university spirit is an inevitable task today.
