摘要
目的 调查广西巴马长寿地区农村老人成功老龄的检出率及其影响因素。方法 （1）以广西巴马长寿地区80岁以上人口构成为基准,以乡为单位进行整群抽样;以上海市精神卫生中心2000年对上海市静安区社区老人调查资料为对照。（2）应用《长寿地区老人心理健康调查表》调查,主要包括一般项目、简易智能状态检查（MMSE）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）、流调用抑郁自评量表（CES-D）等国际通用的标准化工具。（3）根据数据分布特点,对原始数据进行编码,应用SPSS10.0统计软件包,运用描述性统计分析、卡方检验、多元逐步回归分析等方法进行统计。结果 成功老龄检出率研究组为44.2%、对照组为19.6%,2组差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。研究组Logistic回归分析提示少饮酒、少抽烟、经常锻炼身体和参加社会活动与成功老龄呈正相关。结论 巴马长寿地区农村老人由于有科学的行为方式、良好的自然与社会环境以及优良的遗传因子,其成功老龄检出率高,认知功能好。
33.33%、25%;女性PTSD的发生率（46%）与SAS、SDS的评分显著高于男性（16.7%）;而市民中无一人符合DSM-IV的ASD或PTSD诊断标准;女性的PTSD总分及SAS、SDS的评分显著高于男性（P〈0.05,P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;烧伤的面积和深度与PTSD过度唤起评分正相关（r=0.589,P=0.016）;受害者的应付方式与PTSD总分负相关（r=-0.523,P〈0.05）;受害者的SAS、SDS、SRQ评分与PTSD总分显著相关（r=0.853,0.787,0.745,P〈0.01）;年龄、受教育程度与PTSD总分无显著相关。结论在公交系统受恐怖袭击的爆炸事件对受害者及其家属的心理状态造成显著的影响,女性受影响的比率、程度比男性更为显著;与PTSD高相关的因素为预防和减轻PTSD提示了可能的途径。
Objective To explore the prevalence and influence factor of successful aging in the longevity rural area of Bama, Guangxi province. Methods （ 1 ） Cluster sampling was used on the basis of town among elderly aged 80 years or over in the longevity area of Bama,Guangxi province. The old men in Jingan district,Shanghai who were investigated by Shanghai mental health center in 2000 years were the control group. （2） The Psychological Health Examination Survey in the longevity area was used ,which include general items and a battery of international standardized instruments,such as MMSE ,ADL, CES-D, etc. （3） Original data were coded according to the characteristics of data distribution. Statistical software packages （ SPSS10.0 ） was applied. Descriptive statistics, chi-square test, multi-factor stepwise regression analysis were used. Results The prevalence of successful aging of the study group was 44.2% ; the prevalence of successful aging of the control group was 19.6% ,and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Positive factor was associated with successful aging by logistic regression analysis, little drinks wine, little smokes, regular physical exercise, join public activities. Conclusion With lon- gevity of the elderly in rural areas Bama scientific behavior, good natural and social environment and excellent genetic, and the rate of successful aging was higher, good cognitive function.
