摘要
目的髋关节骨性关节炎测量最小关节间隙判断骨性关节炎发展的临床研究。方法研究对象是从2000年1月至2006年1月50例髋关节OA患者。A组为男性患者25例,年龄从52岁至62岁,平均56.8岁。B组为女性患者25例,年龄从51岁至62岁,平均55.2岁。所选患者X光片均有轻度较对侧最小关节间隙变窄,依据Kellgren/Lawrence Scale分级均为2级。随访5年。对随访前后结果进行统计分析比较。结果随访后,A组Kellgren/Lawrence Scale分级:2级16例;3级8例;4级1例。B组:2级7例;3级14例;4级4例。对A、B两组患者关节间隙变化用秩和检验分析,得P=0.0240(P<0.05),认为B组关节间隙变化明显。A、B两组患者关节炎的变化P=0.024(P<0.05),故B组关节炎的变化明显。结论最小关节间隙随着年龄的增长再不断变小。女性在髋关节炎早期随着年龄增长关节间隙的变小及骨性关节炎的加重较男性明显。
Objective Clinical study of measure minimum hip joint space width （JSW） to explore the progress of hip osteoarthfitis. Methods The study object were 50 cases hip osteoarthritis patient from January 2000 to January 2006, Group A were male patient 25 cases, age ranged from 52 to 62 years old, mean 56.8 years old. Group B female patient 25 cases, age ranged from 51 to 62 years old, mean 55.2 years old. All the patient have little joint space narrowing, all patients KeUgren/Lawrence Scale Ⅱ degree. Followed up 5 years. Then evaluate and analysis analyze the follow-up result. Results Group A foUow-up Kellgren/Lawrence Scale Ⅱ degree 16 eases, Ⅲ 8 cases,Ⅳ lcase. Group B： Ⅱ7cases, m 14 cases, Ⅳ 4 Cases. Group A and B have significant difference （P=0.024） of joint space narrowing. Group A and B have significant difference （P= 0.024） of progress of hip osteoarthritis. Conclusions Joint space narrowing with age. Women also have a significant progressive decline in joint space and progress of hip osteoarthritis with age than men.
