摘要
采用正交实验研究了复肾宁片的提取与成型工艺的制备工艺.以盐酸小蘗碱含量和药材出膏率为指标,确定了水提法中加水量、提取时间、提取次数等各因素的最佳提取条件;以崩解时间为指标,确定了复肾宁片的最佳制备条件.实验结果表明,本方法工艺简单、合理、准确可靠,可作为复肾宁片的大规模生产工艺的依据.
The extraction and preparation conditions of Fu-shen-ning tablets were mainly discussed in this paper. The optimum condition of some important factors in water extraction method, such as the quantity of water, the extraction time and the extraction times, were studied in detail using orthogonal experiments design method. Taking the breakup time as the examining parameter, the preparation conditions of Fu-shen-ning tab- lets were investigated. The experimental results of both extraction and preparation conditions show that this method is simple, reasonable and accurate which can be the basis of Fu-shen-ning tablets production in largescale.
