摘要
目的:研究白花败酱草的化学成分。方法:在体外抗肿瘤活性试验的指导下,利用溶剂萃取后硅胶色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质并采用现代波谱技术(FAB-MS、1H NMR1、3CNMR)鉴定结构。结果:从石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离并鉴定了5个化合物:熊果酸(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(Ⅲ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖(6-1)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ)和Patrinalloside(Ⅴ)。体外抗肿瘤试验显示,熊果酸对肿瘤细胞具有良好的细胞作用,其IC50=15μg/ml。结论:除化合物Ⅱ外,其它化合物均为从该植物中首次分到;熊果酸对乳腺癌细胞株具有明显的细胞毒活性。
Objective : To inverstigate the chemical constituents of Patrinia villosa. Method : Under the direction of tetrazolium salt (MTT) assay, the chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis ( MS, FAB-MS, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR). Result: Five compounds were isolated from petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extract and identified as: ursolic acid(Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), patrinalloside(Ⅲ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ),and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(Ⅴ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅴ were obtained from the plant of genus Patrinia for the first time. Ursolic acid showed powerful anticancer activity through tetrazolium salt (MTT) assay, and its IC50 was 15.0μg/ml.
