摘要
采用过氧化氢-次磷酸引发体系引发马来酸酐与对苯乙烯磺酸钠共聚,制备了一种磷含量低于4%的新型循环冷却水处理剂。用试片失重法和电化学方法研究了自制低磷共聚物在配制循环冷却水中对黄铜的缓蚀作用,试片表面元素分析和电化学分析表明,低磷共聚物对黄铜的缓蚀作用是共聚物在黄铜试片表面吸附形成的保护膜抑制了阳极电化学过程的结果。
The redox system of hypophosphorous acid and hydrogen peroxide was as the initiator to initiate the copolymerization of maleic anhydride and sodium p-styrene sulfonate so as to prepare a low phosphorus(below 4%) copolymer as a novel agent for the treatment of recycled cooling water.The corrosion inhibition efficiency of the synthetic low phosphorus copolymer to brass in a synthetic recycled cooling water was investigated by means of weight loss measurement and electrochemical test as well.It was found that the synthetic low phosphorus copolymer had good corrosion inhibition action to the brass specimens immersed in the artificial cooling water,which was attributed to the adsorption of the copolymer on the surface of the brass specimen and the retardation of the anodic electrochemical process by the adsorbed protective layer.
