摘要
针对真空挤出机主轴轴承早期失效严重的情况,运用模糊可靠性设计理论对轴承的寿命进行了分析。将影响轴承寿命的主要参数——当量动载荷当成随机变量处理,而将影响当量动载荷的因素视为模糊变量,用模糊可靠性方法校核轴承的寿命。找出了轴承因寿命不足而失效的原因,并提出了解决措施。
In consideration of the case which de-airing extruder roll bearing was seriously tail m the earlier stage, fuzzy reliable design theory is applied to analyze it. Taking bearing equivalent movable load as random variable and its effect factors as fuzzy variable, bearing service life is calculated by fuzzy reliable method. The reason of its roll bearing failure is found that its reliable service life is not enough and a solution of the problem is presented relevantly.
