以新世纪高校激烈竞争求强发展为背景,论述了高校建设特色优势学科图书馆的必要性、重要性和紧迫性,分析了高校特色优势学科图书馆的含义和特点,阐明了高校特色优势学科图书馆建设的基本原则和方法,提出了温州医学院应建设眼视光学图书馆的工作建议。
Under main background of competition and development facing the universities in the new century, subject to the library featured by the prominent academic subjects, addressing its necessity, significance and urgency, analyzing its concept and features, stating its basic principles and ways, raising a suggestion of setting up a Sight Optics Library at the Wenzhou Medical College.
