摘要 首台国产化CF-62钢制1500m^3乙烯球罐消除焊接残余应力的热处理,是以柴油为主要燃料,以液化石油气为辅助燃料,以球体为炉体,球罐外加保温,严格监测和控制升温速度、降温速度、恒温温度,经570±20C×2h整体热处理,残余应力从0.81σ,降到了0.33σs以下,达到了热处理的主要目的。热处理后的母材和焊接接头低温性能仍能满足设计要求(-40℃时的AKV≥47J)。 In the heat treatment on the first home -made CF- 62 steel 15003 ethylene spherical tank to release residual stress. diesel oil is used as the main fuel and liquifiedpetroleum gas as auxiliary. the sphere as the body of rurnace and the spherical tank being ihermal insulated. Whilh the rate of increase. decrease and holding the tempeature being strictly monitored and controlled, after 570± 20 ℃× 2hrs, integrol heat treatment,the residual stress is dccreased from 0. 81σsto less then 0. 33σ. thus reached the main purpose of the heat treatment. The low temperature of base metal and welding joints after being heat treated can still meet the design retluirement (AKV≥47J at - 40 ℃ )。 Theintegral heat treatment process and practice is reasonable and successful.
