摘要
本文对氨冷器管板进行了有限元分析计算．采用有效弹性常数的概念使管板计算简化为轴对称问题，给出了表面总应力分布，对各危险截面进行了应力线性化处理．并按照JB4732-95进行了强度评定，得出了一个安全而经济的管板计算厚度。
In this paper. the analysis calculation of thick tubesheet for ammonia condenser by finite element method has been achieved. In the finite element analysis, by use of the effective elastic constants concept, the calculation of tubesheet strength has been simplified into axisymmetric problem and the total stresses distribution on surface has been given. In the meantime,we conducted linearized stresses for every risk section. According to JB4732- 95, author engaged in stress assessment. Finally, a calculation thickness that is safe and economic can be obtained.
