为进一步提高铁路客运公司在交通运输市场上的竞争力和经济效益,迫切需要对旅客列车开行方案进行全面系统的分析,为铁路客运市场的运营进行决策。研究基于旅客列车开行效益分析,并结合路网OD客流进行旅客列车开行方案一体化设计及评价的辅助决策系统开发,对于合理确定开行方案,辅助运营决策进行有益的探索。
