乳腺癌组织黏着斑激酶、血管内皮生长因子-C表达与淋巴转移的关系 被引量:2

Correlation between focal adhesion kinase and vascular endothelial growth factor-c expression and lymphatic metastasis in breast carcinoma

摘要 目的研究黏着斑激酶(FAK)和血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与肿瘤淋巴转移的关系及两者的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测92例乳腺癌组织和30例乳腺良性病变组织中FAK、VEGF-C的表达情况。结果92例乳腺癌组织中FAK和VEGF-C的阳性表达率分别为69.6%和46.7%,与良性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);FAK的阳性表达与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、腋窝淋巴结转移、临床分期呈正相关(P<0.01),VEGF-C的表达与乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移、临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织FAK和VEGF-C的表达呈正相关(P<0.01,列联系数C=0.3952)。结论FAK和VEGF-C蛋白的表达与乳腺癌淋巴转移密切相关,FAK可能通过上调VEGF-C的表达,增强其淋巴管生成作用,进而促使乳腺癌细胞的淋巴转移。 Objective To investigate the expression of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and vaseulax endothelial growth factor-c (VEGF-C) in the breast carcinoma tissues and their relationship with tumor lymphatic metastasis and the correlation between FAK and VEGF-C expression. Methods The expression of FAK and Ki67 was detected by immunohistochemieal method in 92 eases of breast carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of breast benign disease tissues. Results In 92 eases of breast carcinoma,the positive rate of FAK and VEGF-C was 69.6% and 46.7% ,respectively,which was significantly different from that in the benign control group (P 〈0, 01 ), In breast carcinoma tissues,the expression of FAK was positively related to tumor size,axinary lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P 〈0. 01 ) ,and the expression of VEGF-C was positively related to axillary lymph node metastasis and clinical stage ( P 〈 0. 05 ), The expression of FAK was positively related to the expression of VEGF-C ( P 〈 0. 01, pearson contingency coefficient = 0. 3952). Conclusion The expression of FAK and VEGF-C is closely correlated with the lymphatic metastasis of breast carcinoma. FAK may promote the lymphatic metastasis by the way of up-regulating VEGF- C expression and enhancing lymphangiogenesis in breast carcinoma.
