摘要
研究了 Zn Al4Cu3 合金在常规铸造和液态模锻时的凝固过程 ,探讨了压力对液态金属凝固过程温度场的影响 ,给出了在压制过程中不同比压和冲头温度下模具与制件不同位置的温度变化情况 ,根据实验结果计算得出液态模锻下冷却速度较之自由凝固提高近 10倍 ,并由此分析了液态模锻的凝固特征。
In this paper,the solidification process of Zn Al4 Cu3alloy during casting and liq-uid metal forging has been studied by means of experimental method.The influence of pressureon the temperature fields during the solidification process of liquid metal has been investigated.The variation of temperature at the different positions of the die and workpiece under the differ-ent pressure and punch′s temperature was measured and analysed.The solidifying characteristicsof liquid metal forging has been discussed.According to the experiments and calculation,it hasbeen shown that the solidifying velocity in the liquid metal forging process is increased about1 0times compared with that in the gravity casting.
