摘要
为进一步方便生产、满足使用需要,通过选择最佳熔炼及热处理工艺而进行了高强度铸造Al-Zn-Mg系合金的研究。结果表明,在铁硅比为1~1.5时,铁、硅含量较高的情况下,即能满足生产需要。
For further convienence for production and meeting the demand of application,through the selection of optimized smelting and heat treatment technology,this paper proceeds the investigation of the high strength casting of Al-Zn-Mg series alloys and the results indicate that with iron and silion ratio at 1~1.5,and at high contene of iron and silicon,we can meet the demand of the production.Related terms : Casting—Aluminum alloy InvestigationPAGESS Comparison Study of the Heat Fatigue Properties of Three Kinds of Die Steels$$$$ Pan Yanchun etc. Abstract To make clear the heat resistant fatigue property of the die and mold steel,this paper proceeds inspection analysis and comparison study of the phenomena of the fatigue cracks and the changes of the microstructures through the use of SEM and TEM analysis technics.
