摘要
对采用各种加工方法加工的齿轮表面质量同齿轮啮合噪音、齿面润滑的关系等进行试验和分析，验证内珩磨工艺。
This paper proceeds testings and analyses of the surface qualities of the gears manufactured with various kinds of machining processes in relation to the gear meshing noises and the lubrication of the gear faces,verifies the internal honing technology,and finds out the optimum technological process of the finishing operation of the gears in mass production in automobile industry.
