摘要
简述了国内防粘釜技术的发展历史，介绍了江苏金浦北方氯碱有限公司研制开发的一种高效防粘釜涂布剂——多元酚黄，包括其防粘釜原理、生产工艺、使用说明以及安全注意事项。采用悬浮法聚合工艺生产PVC树脂，多元酚黄防粘釜剂防粘釜效果为连续生产100～500釜次不清釜；采用乳液聚合工艺生产PVC树脂，防粘釜效果为连续生产50釜次不清釜。
The development history of domestic anti fouling technology was introduced briefly. This paper introuced a kind of high efficiency anti fouling agent Polyphenol Yellow, which was developed by Jiangsu Jinpu Northern Chlor - Alkali Co., Ltd., in the respects of its antifouling principle,production process, direction for use and safety matters neeeding attention. When adding Polyphenol Yellow to the prodution of PVC by suspension method, the polymerizer didn＇t need cleaning for 100～500 batches of continuous polymerization; while in the production of PVC by emulsion polymerization,the polymerizer didn＇t need cleaning for 50 batches of continuous polymerization.
