摘要
目的评价全国(未包括香港、澳门和台湾地区)参加盐碘实验室外质量控制(质控)网络实验室的检测能力。方法采用标准参考值±不确定度的方法对检测结果进行评价。结果参加考核的31个省级盐碘实验室质量控制结果全部合格;地(市)级盐碘实验室反馈率为99.1%,合格率为96.2%;县级盐碘实验室反馈率为99.3%,合格率为93.6%。结论全国实验室网络通过8年的运行和持续的技术培训,各级实验室的检测能力均有了明显的提高。
Objective The present study was conducted to evaluate the measurement capacity of the net laboratories involved in the national （Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan not included） quality control beyond salt iodine laboratories. Methods The method of standard reference value＋uncertainty was used to evaluate the test results. Results All of the 31 provincial salt iodine laboratories returned their results, which were all qualified. The feedback rate from labs at prefectural （city） level was 99.1% with a qualified rate of 96.7%. The feedback rate from labs at the county level was 99.3% with a qualified rate of 97.6%. Conclusion The measurement capacity of the labs at different levels all over the country has been significantly improved through the operation and sustained technical training for 8 years.
