摘要
目的探讨疏血通注射液对大鼠局灶脑缺血神经细胞损伤的保护作用。方法用自体血栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞的局灶脑缺血(MCAO)模型。120只SD大鼠随机分为3组:假手术组、对照组、治疗组各40只,制造大脑中动脉闭塞模型,治疗组于造模成功后给予尾静脉注射疏血通注射液,0.25ml/kg,1次/d;对照组、假手术组给予注射等量0.9%氯化钠溶液。观察3组大鼠脑组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible NOS,iNOS)活性的变化。结果对照组与假手术组在各时间点脑组织MDA、SOD、NOS、iNOS含量间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),且治疗组与对照组在2d、3d、5d各时间点脑组织MDA含量间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组脑组织SOD、NOS、iNOS的活性各时间点间差异亦均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液对大鼠局灶性脑缺血具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Shuxuctong injection on rats with acute cerebral ischemia. Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemia were established with middle cerebral artery occlusion embolized by autologous blood clots, 120 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : preudo - surgery group; control group ; therapy group. The content of MDA and the activity of NOS and SOD in brain tissue were determined. Results Compared the brain content of NOS, MDA and SOD in the control group and preudo - surgery group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ), To compared with the control group, the brain content of MDA and the activity of NOS were significantly lower in therepy group ( P 〈 0. 05), while the activity of SOD were remarkably higher ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection may play protective role on rats with focal cerebral ischemia.
