摘要
系统地研究了祁州漏芦根部的亲脂性成分，分离获得了５个化合物，并应用波谱技术（ＩＲ，ＥＩＭＳ，１Ｈ，１３ＣＮＭＲ，ＤＥＰＴ及１Ｈ－１Ｈ－ｃｏｓｙ）确定了它们的结构．其中一个为新化合物，命名为漏芦醇，即７α，８α，１３－三羟基－桉烷－４（１４）。
Five compounds were isolated from the roots of Rhaponticum uniflorum and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectra methods(IR, EIMS, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, DEPT and 1H, 1H cosy) as arctinal (1), arctinone b (2), arctinol b(3), arctic acid (4), 7α,8α,13 trihydroxy eudesm Δ4(!4), Δ11(12) diene. The last one is a new eudesmane.
