摘要
系统地研究了祁州漏芦根部的亲脂性成分,分离获得了5个化合物,并应用波谱技术(IR,EIMS,1H,13CNMR,DEPT及1H-1H-cosy)确定了它们的结构.其中一个为新化合物,命名为漏芦醇,即7α,8α,13-三羟基-桉烷-4(14)。
Five compounds were isolated from the roots of Rhaponticum uniflorum and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectra methods(IR, EIMS, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, DEPT and 1H, 1H cosy) as arctinal (1), arctinone b (2), arctinol b(3), arctic acid (4), 7α,8α,13 trihydroxy eudesm Δ4(!4), Δ11(12) diene. The last one is a new eudesmane.
