摘要
本文以我国沪市A股上市公司2003～2005年的数据为样本,对我国上市公司独立董事的构成比例与公司的经营业绩和社会责任之间的关系进行了实证检验。实证结果表明:我国上市公司独立董事的构成比例与公司的经营业绩和社会责任之间呈微弱的正相关。
