摘要
在LiNbO3晶体中掺入ZnO,生长ZnO∶LiNbO3晶体,当ZnO的掺入浓度高于6mol%时,晶体的抗光损伤能力提高两个数量级,与高掺MgO(>4.6mol%)相似。Zn∶LiNbO3的倍频转换效率可达50%左右,高于Mg∶LiNbO3。
Doping ZnO into LiNbO 3, Zn∶LiNbO 3 crystal have been grown. The photo damage resistance increases of two magnituder when the ZnO doping concentrations were higher than 6 mol%. This value is similar to that of MgO(>4.6 mol%)∶LiNbO 3. The frequency doubling conversion efficiency of Zn (6 mol%)∶LiNbO 3 was measured to be about 5%, ligher than that of Mg (6 mol%)∶LiNbO 3. The location of Zn 2+ ions and the enhancement machenism of photo damage resistance of Zn∶LiNbO 3 are discussed in this paper.
