摘要
利用Z-扫描技术,以调QNdYAG激光器作光源(脉宽18ns,波长为0.53μm),首次在非共振区域研究了SnO2纳米微粒的三阶非线性光学性质,获得了三阶非线性极化系数χ(3)与双光子吸收系数β等重要数据。
The third order optical nonlinearities of SnO 2 nanoparticles were studied in a nonresonant region by Z scan technique with 18 ns, 0.53 μm pulses from a Q switched Nd∶YAG laser. The sign and magnitude of the third order nonlinear susceptibility χ (3) and two photon absorption coefficient β, et al., of SnO 2 nanoparticles with different size were obtained. The experimental results were discussed in terms of the quantum confined effect.
