What the recently growing 'China responsibility theory' requires of China is totally irrelevant to China's real responsibility. China has always been a responsible country. China sticks to the road of peaceful development, strives to create a harmonious society, strengthens cooperation with other countries in the world, and promotes to build a harmonious world of lasting peace and common prosperity. This is the greatest and most sacred responsibility that China should undertake for the world and people of all countries.
