摘要
用 AgNOR 染包方法对10例正常唾液腺和67倒唾液腺良恶性肿瘤进行恶性程度和鉴别诊断研究。观察表明在唾液腺上皮增生和肿瘤中,AgNOR 确能提供核仁结构和活性的各种信息,对唾液腺良恶性肿瘤病理鉴别诊断十分有用。
Sixty seven cases of benign and malignant salivary gland tumors and ten eases of normal salivary gland are studied by AgNOR staining technique.The results show that the mean AgNOR count per nucleus is significantly different between benign and some malignant tumors.The AgNOR count/cell< 1～2 indicates normal and benign tumors,range of 2～3 in active proliferation of pleomorphic ademoma,and>3 in malignant tumous except acinic cell carcinoma and mucoepidermoid carcinoma. These observation suggest that the AgNOR could provide useful information about the structure and ac- tivity of nucleolus in hyperplastic and neoplastic epithelia of salivary gland.It is useful for the patholog- ical differential diagnosis of these tumors.
