摘要
小鼠分组静脉注射蕲蛇酶注射液,染毒后27h 取骨髓液制片,观察多染红细胞微核数。结果表明,蕲蛇酶注射液3个剂量组(5 mg/kg,2.5 mg/kg,1 mg/kg。静脉注射)微核出现率均低于阳性对照组(环磷酰胺1 00 mg/kg,皮下注射,P<0.01)与阴性对照组(生理盐水同体积)接近,各剂量组之间无显著性差别,据此认为蕲蛇酶注射液无致突变作用。
Fourty mice were divided into five groups,three different doses(5mg/kg,2.5mg/kg,1mg/kg)of acutinase preparated from Agkistrodon acutus venom were administered intravenously into three groups respectively.Results showed that the micronucleus rate of various doses of actinase were the same as the normal saline group(P>0.5~0.1).and far below the cyclophosphamide group(P<0.01).It suggested that injectio acutinasi is not a mutagen.
