本文通过两组动物实验,观察矽肺大鼠脂质过氧化及抗氧化酶活性的动态改变。矽肺大鼠脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,两者呈负相关。铜兰蛋自在染尘早期升高,60天后恢复正常水平。结果提示:石英能引发大鼠体内的自由基反应,导致脂质过氧化及抗氧化酶代谢过程紊乱。铜兰蛋白是指示急性炎症的指标。这些改变可能是矽肺发病过程的重要因素。
The dynamic changes of lipid peroxide(LPO) and antioxidative enzyme in silicotic rats were studied. As compared with the normal group, LPO rose and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) lowered in the rats of silicotic group, a negative linear correlation preacnted between the figures of the two indexes. Ceruloplasmin activity in the silicotic rats increased within 30 days, then decreased gradually, until 60 days when it restored normal level. The results suggested that quartz could initiate free-radical reaction in vivo in the rat and lead to the metabolic disorder of oxidation and antioxidation. LPO content enhanced and SOD activity lessened. Thence changes may be an important factor in the pathogenetie protess of silicosis. Ceruloplasmin is an observable index of acute inflammatory reaction.
