摘要
引入加工零件方向性的概念,建立数控加工中各种形态刀心轨迹的数学模型,应用矢量代数、微分几何、复杂函数等理论,提出了一种数控加工轨迹的新算法,其结果可用C语言以图形方式在微机上动态地显示出来。
On the basis of the concept of the orientation of the workpiece under processing,the mathematical models of the locus of the cutting tool's center under various states in NC processing are constructed in a simple and clear way. A new algorithm for the locus of the cutting tool's center in NC processing is suggested by using the theory of vector algebra,complex analysis and differential geometry. The algorithm is realized in a graphic mode on a microcomputer with the C program language.
