摘要
随着加工技术的发展及安全与环保意识的增强,现行切削液的使用带来了安全、质量、环境及成本等面的负面效应。实现清洁生产,对切削液提出了断的要求:应改进切削液的设计,加强切削液的管理及处理措施或完全不用切削液。
As the development of machining technigue and the enhancement of safe and environmental protective consciousness, the use of cutting compound at present brings about the negative effects of safety ,guality,environment,cost ,etc. aspects. In order to achieve the clean production, for cutting compound t the new reguirements, including improvement of cutting compound designs and enhancement of cutting compound controlling and treating measures or non -use of cutting compound are suggested.
