摘要
气体在低渗介质中渗流时存在滑脱效应,气体滑脱系数是一个有物理量纲的系数,但国内研究者却往往把它当成一个无量纲常数处理,甚至连教科书对此问题也含糊不清。由于国内外研究者采用的单位不一致,国内研究者在研究低渗气藏滑脱效应时引用外文数据不考虑单位转换就把滑脱系数当常量直接引用,造成数量级上的差别,在进行滑脱效应评定时,夸大了滑脱效应对低渗气藏生产的有利影响。因此研究低渗气藏滑脱效应时必须注意量纲和单位的问题。在进行了上百组气体滑脱效应实验的基础上,回归出了滑脱系数与克氏渗透率的函数关系,综合考虑气藏渗透率以及气藏压力后做出了滑脱效应对产量影响的理论图版,根据图版可得知不同渗透率的低渗气藏在不同生产阶段时滑脱效应对生产的影响程度,具有实际的工程应用价值。
Slippage effect occurs when gas flowing through low-permeability media.The slip factor is a factor having physic dimension,however,many researchers in China used to regard it as a dimensionless constant and even in some textbooks,this concept is also ambiguous.Due to different units used by researchers inside and outside China,direct introduction of the slip factor without proper conversion usually results in errors with magnitude difference,which amplifies positive effect of slippage effect on low-permeability gas reservoirs.Therefore,dimension and unit need to be paid great attention when studying on slippage effect of low-permeability reservoirs.From results of hundreds of experiments,the relationship between slip factor and Klingenberg permeability was set up by regression,in addition,the theoretical type-curve depicting the effect of slippage on production was plotted with consideration of both permeability and pressure of gas reservoirs.This type-curve is valuable for engineering application to judge the effecting degree of slippage effect on production.
