摘要
提出了无夹具制造的概念和“固定一寻位一加工”的制造模式。给出了实现无夹具制造的信息流模式。控制方法以及系统实现中关键问题的方案。介绍了试验系统及试验结果。理论分析与试验结果表明,所提出的无夹具制造技术是可行的。
Based on S1/S2, streamsurface theory, a quasi-3D design method for Francis runner is presented . The quasi - 3D desig model consists of an inverse calculation on S2 streamsutface and flow analysis on a num ber of S1 , The distribution of the swirl velocity and the blade thickness on the geometry of the runner is pre- scribcd . The stacking position of the blade has a great influettce on the blade shape and the hydnulic perfor- mance of the runner . Excellent agreements are obtained between the specified and the computed distribu- tlonl.
