摘要
在分析锰对奥贝球铁组织和性能影响的基础上,研究了用高锰生铁生产奥贝球铁的方法。结果表明,采用强化孕育处理等工艺,可使含锰0.7%左右的奥贝球铁具有较理想的金相组织和力学性能。用它代替20CrMnTi钢制造发动机齿轮,可获得显著的经济效益。
Based on the analyses of the effects of manganese on the microstrure and mechanical properties of ADI, the method to produce ADI by using pig iron containing higher manganese was studied.The results have showed that reinforced inoculation treatment and other measures enable the ADI with up to 0. 7% Mn t0 possess more ideal microstructure and mechanical properties. It can obtain more economical efficiency to produce engine gears with this ADI instead of 20CrMnTi steel
