可见光固化复合树脂面际粘结强度的实验室研究

摘要 本研究测试了四种可见光固化复合树脂(VLAC)的面际粘结强度,其中两种是国产VLAC。研究表明,当两种不同牌号VLAC相粘结时,面际粘结强度一般均大于较弱一种材料的内聚力。作拉断试验时,内聚力折断总是发生在径向抗张强度较低的材料内。GD和Visiofil两种VLAC的相容性是好的。因此,在某些情况下,国产和进口VLAC的联合应用是可取的。 This study investigated the interfacial bond strengths between four commercially available visible light-activated comPosite(VLAC)resins,two of them are home made.The study indicated that the interfacial bond strengths were generally higher than cohesive strengths of the weaker materials when cured to different types of composite resins. When two types of composite resins were bonded together,the cohesive failure occurred consistently within the materials with lower diametrial strength. The comPatibility between GD VLAC material and visiofil material was good. The combined use of some home made composite resins with imported ones in some circumstances will be acceptable.
