摘要
目的:总结重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)临床治疗经验。方法:回顾我院2年收治的43例SAP患者的治疗过程及结果。结果:本组43例,内科综合治疗治愈35例,手术治愈4例,死亡4例,包括1例术后死亡。结论:SAP治疗以非手术治疗为主,必要时采取手术治疗的综合治疗。
Objective： Summarize the clinical experience of SAP （ severe acute pancreatitis） treatment. Methods： Review 43 SAP cases treated in our hospital in past 2 years. Results ： In all 43 cases, 35 patients were cured by medical, 4 patients were cured by surgery, and 4 patients were dead, including one after operation. Conclusions： For SAP treatment, non - operative method is the first choice, and operative method can be used in some time.
