摘要
根据Zr_65Al_7.5Ni_10Co_2.5合金的纳米晶、晶体、液体和玻璃比热的测量结果,研究了合金的玻璃转变温度与合金的热力学函数、动力学参数以及加热速度的关系.结果表明,非晶态合金玻璃转变所需转变激活能很小,玻璃转变温度实际上是由于不同加热速度引起的不同状态的玻璃与液体的热力学平衡温度因此。
The glass transition temperatures related to thermodynamic functions, kinetic parameters, and heating rate are studied based on the specific heat measurements of Zr657.5 Al7.5 Ni10Cu15Co2.5alloy in nanoccrystals, crystals with normal grain size, liquid and glass. The results show that the activation energy .of the glass transition is very small. The glass transition temperatures are the thermodynamic equilibrium temperature between the liquid and the glasses with different energy states induced by different heating rates. The change of glass transition temperatures due to different heating rates is not a kinetic phenomenon.
