摘要
本文以H2TiO3、H2O2、NH3、Pb(NO3)2为主要原料,用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米级PbTiO3。确定了反应物H2TiO3、H2O2、NH3的最佳摩尔比为1∶8∶2。用不同的退火温度和退火时间对样品处理得到相应粒径的纳米粉体,再由X射线和透射电镜对这些粉体进行了评估。并对反应的机理作了初步探讨。
Using H 2TiO 3 H 2O 2 NH 3 Pb(NO 3) 2 as reactors, nano sized PbTiO 3 powders wre prepared by the chemical coprecipitatioin method. The best mole ratio of H 2TiO 3: H 2O 2:NH 3 was conformed as 1∶8∶2. By means of sinter at different annealing temperature and annealing time the corresponding nano sized powders were obtained. And these powders were analysed with XRD and TEM. An initial approach to reaction mechanism was also made.
