阳离子树脂法提取污泥胞外聚合物的数学模型

摘要 分析了阳离子树脂法提取活性污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)的作用机理,建立了EPS提取量与树脂投量、提取时间、摇床强度和污泥初始浓度之间的数学模型:Y=1 000a(1-e-BACKt)。通过拟合EPS提取量与提取时间的试验值,得出a为0.147 47,K为1.45×10-5mL.min/(mg.r.h),即EPS的理论提取量为挥发性活性污泥干质量(MLVSS)的15%左右。对模型的验证结果表明,EPS提取量与树脂投量和摇床强度之间关系的理论值与试验值,在置信度为95%的条件下无显著差异,说明该模型能较好地描述两因素对EPS提取量的影响。 The mechanism of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) extraction using cation resin was analyzed and the relationship of the extraction quantity to the resin dosage, extraction time, stirring intensity and initial activated sludge concentration was described by the mathematic model: Y = 1 000α(1 -e^-BACKr). The constants a =0. 147 47 and K=1.45 ×10^-5 mL · min/(mg · r · h) are obtained by fitting the test result of EPS extraction quantity and extraction time, which indicates that the EPS theoretical extraction quantity is approximately equal to 15% of the sludge dry weight (MLVSS). The model validation result shows that the theoretical value and experiment value between EPS extraction quantity and resin dosage or stirring intensity have no significant difference at the degree of confidence 95%. It indicates that this model can describe the effect of the two factors on EPS extraction quantity well.
