摘要
机械通气相关肺生物伤(biotrauma)是有害机械通气下肺组织细胞释放炎性介质并引起肺组织局部炎症反应和全身性炎症反应过程。机械通气中机械作用力和机体基础性病变与肺生物伤的发生发展密切相关。随着各项研究的不断发展,机械通气相关肺生物伤的重要性已得到进一步肯定。同时,通过科学而合理地调整机械通气模式和参数,可以有效防治肺生物伤。
The ventilator-associated lung biotrauma is a process of releasing inflammatory mediators from lung tissue cells in response to injurious mechanical ventilation and promoting systemic inflammation. Its occurrence and development are interrelated closely to mechanical forces correlated with ventilation and primary corporal disorder. As progressing of research on lung biotrauma,its importance has been affirmed. Simultaneously,we may prevent and treat lung biotraum efficiently through scientific adjusting the modes and parameters of mechanical ventilation.
