摘要
为了保证星载天线在轨运行时有较高的热稳定性,就必须对其进行空间环境下的热温度场影响因素分析。通过改变不同的热物理性能参数分别计算温度场,得出在物性参数中影响最大的因素。然后结合工程实际,以铝蜂窝作为天线材料,分别添加不同的热控涂层,最后得出最适合铝蜂窝的涂层,对工程实际具有一定的指导意义。
In order to assure the orbital antenna have the higher thermal stability, it's necessary to carry on the analysis of factor influence for temperature under space environment. Compute the temperature field respectively by change the different thermal physical parameter, the serious parameter among the parameters is gotten. Then contact the engineering actual, the antenna material with the aluminum beehive, add the different thermal control material to the antenna respectively, the most suitable thermal control material is gotten to match the aluminum beehive. This has the certain leading meaning to the engineering.
