摘要
在水情自动测报系统中，中心站的数据终端接收多路遥测数据，纠错译码后把数据传送给中心计算机。根据这个要求设计了高可靠（MTBF这两万小时）的数据接收终端。
In the hydrology automatic telemetering system, the central data terminal receives multiway data. Then it accomplishes correct-decoding and transmits the concentrated data to the central-computer. It has been designed according to the requirement of high reliability (with MTBF reaching 2O, OO0 hours).
