摘要
分析了宁波舟山港海上搜救的现状及存在问题,提出了建立海上搜救基金是海上搜救资金补偿机制的有效方式,并对海上搜救基金的建立、补偿、获得、管理等问题进行了探讨。
The paper first analyses the existing status and problems concerning the maritime search and rescue in Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and then draws a conclusion that the establishment of the maritime search and rescue fund is an effective means for the fund indemnity mechanism of maritime search and rescue after discussing the establishment, indemnity, management of and access to the maritime search and rescue fund.
