摘要
于2006年5月30~31日在大潮水期间对大陈岛马道头和猪腰屿两断面岩相潮间带底栖生物进行定性和定量采样,共鉴定出岩相潮间带动、植物39种,其中软体动物22种,甲壳类8种,大型藻类7种,腔肠动物2种。大陈岛潮间带底栖生物平均生物量为446.80 g/m2,平均栖息密度达340.50 ind/m2;与1993年资料相比,生物量及栖息密度显著降低。马道头断面生物多样性指数(1.64)、种丰富度指数(2.55)和均匀度指数(0.68)均大于猪腰屿断面(分别为1.06、1.98、0.48),而辛普森优势度指数与前三者正好相反,猪腰屿断面(0.55)大于马道头断面(0.31)。本次调查的资料为潮间带贝类增殖放流提供科学依据和基础资料。
The data were obtained from the investigation of macrobenthos in the rocky intertidal zone of Dachen Island in May 30-31, 2006. 39 species were found and analyzed, thereinto molluscs 22 species, 8 species, macroalgae 7 species, coelenterate 2 species. The average biomass of macrobenthos in the intertidal zone of Dachen Island was 446.80 g·m^-2 , and the average inhabit density was 340.50 ind· m^-2; Compared with the data of 1993, the biomass and inhabit density reduced obviously. And that the index of bio-diversity(1.64) and the index of Margalef's species richness(2.55) and the Pielou's evenness(0.68) in Madaotou section were higher than Zhuyaoyu section(respectively 1.06,1.98,0.48), but the index of Simpson's dominance was opposite to the three former, ie Zhuyaoyu section's(0.55) release higher Madaotou section's(0.31). This investigation offers scientific and basic information for the shell stock enhancement in the intertidal zone.
