摘要
伴随着城市化进程的加快,农民工问题越来越成为社会关注的热点问题,农民工犯罪率居高不下的局面不能不引起全社会的重视。文章通过珠三角S监狱207个犯罪农民工问卷调查的统计分析以及重点个案访谈,认为这些现象的产生正是农民工在融入城市过程中的冲突问题,也是当今亟待解决的重要课题。
As urbanization progresses, the migrant workers＇ problem has become a social issue that is attracting increasingly more public attention and the rate of crimes committed by migrant workers maintains at a high level. The research based on individual interviews and statistical analysis of the questionnaires responded by 207 migrant worker criminals in the ＂S＂ prison in the Pearl River Delta indicate that the emergence of the phenomenon is the represetnation of the conflict in the process of migrant workers＇ joining the urban community, which waits for an appropriate solution.
