摘要
基于MasterCAM介绍了CAD/CAM数控加工的工艺特点,利用MasterCAM软件对工件进行几何建模,确定其加工工艺,并选取适当的工艺措施和合理的工艺路线,实现了工件的数控加工。软件自动生成数控代码,并通过计算机仿真验证了加工的正确性。
The technology characters of CAD/CAM NC machining are introduced based on MasterCAM software. A 3D model is built by MasterCAM, machining technology is set. Proper process method and courses are selected, and the craft is well machined by NC method. NC codes are automatic obtained by software, and the computer simulation shows the machining process is right.
